Username, sizes, notifications, and account deletion.
- How do I change my username?
- From your account page. Usernames are lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only, between 3 and 20 characters.
- How do I set my sizes?
- Visit My sizes from your account. Saved sizes are never shared with anyone — they only affect the shop filters you see.
- How do I delete my account?
- Visit Delete account in your account settings. We'll check that you have no orders or payouts in flight, archive your listings, redact your personal data, and disable login. The deletion is reversible for 30 days — email privacy@joinrarekind.co.uk from your registered address within that window if you change your mind. After 30 days the personal data we aren't legally required to retain is permanently deleted.
- How do I turn off a type of notification?
- Visit notification preferences — six categories (messages, reviews, follows, offers, reservations, price drops) each with an on/off toggle. Toggles apply to both in-app notifications and emails. Critical notifications about your orders, payouts, disputes, or account suspensions can't be muted because they're operationally important.
